With the title “CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES OF THE DIGITAL UNIVERSE: Strategies of Empowerment and Inclusion”, the 1st PROVULDIG Conference on Digital Vulnerability was held last year on October 27 at University CEU SAN Pablo, Madrid. The day was organised as a set of conferences and round table discussions that revolved around the following topics:
- E-commerce and digital administration for e-inclusion of the elderly.
- Protection of minors in the digital field.
- Opportunities and strategies in the digital environment.
Those present included speakers from Public Administration, representatives from both the world of business and the university environment, non-profit organizations, and NGOs. The participation of researchers, seniors and young people was very positive; their involvement in the discussions was enthusiastic, demonstrating a high degree of satisfaction with both the organization and the speakers.
